To accompany them, Maxence will serve you carefully selected organic wines. All this in a rustic setting, with exposed beams and stones.

Whether you are with friends, colleagues or family, Maxence and Walter will welcome you with enthusiasm, whether it is for a meal or a drink.

Our story

"Oh Purée!" is the story of two friends, Walter and Maxence, who embarked together on the adventure of catering to Parisian gourmets. 

Walter is the chef and has worked in famous Parisian restaurants such as La Grande Cascade and also Kitchen Galerie Bis. Maxence is the restaurant's head waiter and was trained at Ledoyen and Apicius.

The name comes from the eponymous preparation: the purée which is the main theme of the menu which changes every season.
